TITLE:  CS00016C  Indefinite Quantity Planning & Conceptual Engineering Services for Various Capital Projects     

DESCRIPTION:  The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction & Development Company, is seeking to retain the services of a consultant firm to provide indefinite quantity planning and conceptual engineering services for various proposed and/or programmed capital projects on an as-needed basis for the MTA and its affiliated or subsidiary agencies. The Consultant shall be retained by written Task Order to study and analyze potential capital improvements across the MTA service region. The planning and conceptual engineering services to be performed will define the scopes of capital project alternatives and analyze the functional (physical and operational) feasibility, constructability and phasing, impacts, benefits and costs thereof.
