LETTERS OF INTEREST
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting Letters of Interest from companies interested in providing Design-Build services for the Northwest Bridge Bundle (NWBB) Design-Build Project in the MoDOT’s Northwest District. One Design-Build team will be selected to design and construct the project.
The project’s primary purpose is to replace or long-term rehabilitate up to 34 poor condition bridges in seven different counties. The majority of these bridges are on low-volume roads with less than 400 vehicles per day and serve the communities and citizens of rural northern Missouri. The majority of the bridges will be required to be replacements.
A virtual industry meeting is planned for Tuesday, May 23, 2023. A link to register for the meeting will be available at https://www.modot.org/northwest-missouri-design-build-bridge-bundle a week in advance of the meeting. During the meeting, a presentation will be made on the project, followed by a question and answer period and time for networking.
It is anticipated the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be released this same day. Firms interested in receiving NWBB information should send a one-page Letter of Interest to MoDOT by email at NWBridgeBundle@modot.mo.gov, no later than May 15, 2023, to ensure that you receive all information. The Letters of Interest will allow MoDOT to compile a list of interested companies for notices and any announcements relating to the NWBB project.
Please include in your Letter of Interest the company name, contact person, address, phone, and email. Please indicate if your firm is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
