REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES
FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECTS
AT THE PORT OF OAKLAND
The Port of Oakland (“Port”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants interested in provided construction management services for federally funded projects. Selected consultants and consultant teams are expected to provide management services during the construction phase of the project as well as support prior to and during bidding. Assignments may include work on the Airport’s Pavement Maintenance and Terminal Restroom Renovation Programs.
The Port has posted this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in digital format on a hosting website that can be accessed at the following URL: http://www.portofoakland.com/business/bids-rfps/rfq-engineering/.
Contractors interested in submitting a SOQ are invited to virtually attend the non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting on August 29, 2023 11am PST, via videoconference link in RFQ.
