PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE FULTON COUNTY REPLACEMENT JAIL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Fulton County, (“County”) Georgia, through a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals from firms with qualifications and expertise in providing a complete range of program management services for the Fulton County Replacement Jail Capital Improvement Program (“Program”). The County seeks a Program Management Team (“PMT”) to provide expertise in engineering, management, support, and oversight to coordinate, plan, direct, control, and perform the scope of work advertised in its RFP.
The firm shall provide qualified and experienced technical and professional personnel to perform duties and responsibilities as assigned. It will be the responsibility of the selected PMT to prioritize, plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, and review all activities associated with the Program. Sealed proposals will be accepted electronically by the Fulton County Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance through BidNet Direct at:

Term of Contract: Five years, with one two(2) year renewal option or until completion as determined by the County.
