THE OPPORTUNITY
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of Expert Professional Engineering/Architectural Services for Multi-Discipline Federally Funded Projects on an “As- Needed” Basis during 2025 through 2029.
ANTICIPATED FUNDING
This Contract may be funded in whole or in part by one (1) or more Federal grantors such as, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Federal Highway Administration (FWHA), Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) and other Federal grantors, as applicable. Accordingly, this solicitation and the agreement are subject to applicable FTA, FEMA, FHWA and FAA requirements.

It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on October 21, 2024, or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time of the Proposal Due Date.
