REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Design-Build services for the I-70 Pavement Widening and Improvement Project in both Jackson and Lafayette counties of Missouri
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is requesting Statements of Qualification from companies interested in providing Design-Build services for the I-70 Pavement Widening and Improvement Project in both Jackson and Lafayette counties of Missouri. This project will add one lane in each direction on I-70 from just west of Route 7 in Blue Springs to just east of Johnson Drive in Odessa approximately 18 miles in length. The budget for this project will be between $300 and $350 million. One Design-Build team will be selected to design and construct the project.

An Industry Meeting is scheduled for November 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at MoDOT’s KC District Office, 600 NE Colbern Road, Lees Summit, MO 64086. This project represents the third of a series of projects aimed at 6-laning I-70 from Wentzville to Blue Springs with an anticipated total budget of $2.8 Billion.
