THE OPPORTUNITY

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Performance of Expert Professional Construction Management and Related Support Services (CMS) for the Midtown Bus Terminal Replacement (MBTR) Program Phase 1 – Ramp Structure and Interim Bus Terminal (Future Bus Staging and Storage Facility) During 2025 through 2030.

ANTICIPATED FUNDING

This Contract is anticipated to be funded in whole or in part by a loan under the United Stated Department of Transportation (USDOT) Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program.  Additionally, the Port Authority may pursue federal grants from one or more federal agencies, such as the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). As such, this Contract is subject to the requirements outlined in Exhibit IA.
