Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) currently has a Request for Information RFI#407679 available for firms who may be interested in providing information related to establishing an approach to provide design and construction services for the Virginia Initiative Treatment Plant (VIP) SWIFT Tertiary Site Work (GN016391) and VIP SWIFT Tertiary Facility (GN016392) capital improvement projects located in Norfolk, VA.

The information HRSD gathers from this RFI will aid in the determination of the most appropriate procurement method for delivering these two projects.
