Contract HH-634.514 – Howland Hook Marine Terminal – Upgrade of Pavement Subgrade. Estimate Range: $20M - $30M. Bids Due: Wednesday, January 24, 2018. The work under this contract consists generally of excavation and backfill, placement of geo-grid reinforced pavement subgrade, cast-in-place concrete, bituminous concrete pavement, drainage and related work at various locations at Howland Hook Marine Terminal, Staten Island, New York. This project may be Federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract.
