The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of Expert Professional land surveying – utility locating and marking/designating “1-call mark-out” Services as Requested on a “Call-In” Basis during 2021 through 2024.
It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 16, 2021or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time of the Proposal Due Date. Emailed submissions, hand deliveries and mailed deliveries (e.g., UPS, USPS) will not be accepted.
