TITLE: S48019 Design-Build Services for Communication Based Train Control Fulton Line in Brooklyn
DESC: Under this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the MTA Construction & Development Company (“MTA C&D”), acting as an agent of and on behalf of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), invites interested design-build teams to submit statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) for Contract S-48019, Design-Build Services for Fulton Line CBTC. Respondents that are selected by MTA C&D in the RFQ process will be eligible to participate in the upcoming Request for Proposals for Contract S-48019. MTA C&D intends to award two related contracts at the conclusion of the RFP process :(i) a design-build contract for design, fabrication, installation of the CBTC system on the Fulton Line and (ii) a CBTC maintenance contract for the CBTC system provided by the design-build contract.
